What are the conditions of entry to Crown LIVE? Conditions of Entry applies to all ticket holders and guests attending events at Crown LIVE. It is a condition of each ticket that at the time of attending Crown LIVE for the event, each ticketholder must comply with the Crown LIVE Conditions of Entry. Crown LIVE Conditions of Entry are subject to change without notice. Unless otherwise required by law, refunds for tickets will not be provided as a result of changes to conditions of entry to comply with applicable legislation. Exchange and refund policies vary between shows. Patrons must be 18+ to consume alcohol and not be prohibited from the casino or any CROWN property for any reason. Latecomers policy? Patrons arriving late or requiring re-entry will not be admitted into the auditorium until a suitable break in the performance. Latecomers may not be seated in their ticketed seat, but in an alternate area nearer an entrance where minimal disruption will be caused to seated attendees. This is at the discretion of the venue staff. Please note on the day of a performance, the Box Office opens 2 hours prior to the performance time and is located in the auditorium lobby.
